Day 3

Ok...I know I haven't really set any pattern yet but doing well sofar.  I am not spending the time taking pictures that I want but at least I am getting something.  So today started with work at 4am....it isn't really as bad as it seems but it does throw your body for a loop.

Reading: Matthew 4
Workout: CFZ shoulders.  Went ok, just a little tired but feels good to get back in rhythm.

            ~Do muscle up easily
            ~Squat 300 for workout
            ~Press 185
            ~look like an awesome BAMF
