Ok so I actually did my reading before midnight!  But alas it is too late to actually post pictures.

Workout: CFZ

Day 6

Day 6...alright almost a week...ish

It would be if I didn't miss a day but then I did so oh well.  Well today was an almost to all of them.
Church went ok.  I was sleepy and fell asleep during the sermon.  I have been sleeping better at nights which is good.  I took my picture today during the middle of the day when I got home from church.   Well it really was a quick snapshot but I liked it so much I decided to use it.

Reading: Matthew 5: 33-42  Another short reading but it is late and I want to go to bed.

Workout....boo, none done but I will have to deal with it and do better next time.

Day 5

Alright. Back on track today.

Started off my day with my girls and then went to frisbee for 2 hours.  So while not CFZ it was awesome and had been a while since I did that.  Check one for Kelby with the workout!!  Two and three came later (well actually the next day but it's all good.

Workout: Frisbee!!!

Reading: Matthew 5:17-32
   Deep stuff in the reading lately.  And I'm not giving it good time.  Sad when my reading is 15 min      
   and my workout 2 hours....sounds like a priority check.  But this is at least the most consecutive
   reading I have done lately so I'll take what I can get.

   Well one was actually a kindle but it looks cool....

Day 4+

Alright so this posting ever day might be a little much to start but I'm going to keep with it.  I lost a day yesterday due to many things.  One is that I just didn't get it done.  The other was that my daughter was sick and my day was long.  She always seems to make my day go by fast (but in a good/bad way).  So Yesterday: No reading, No Picture, No workout, No Blog...bad Kelby

Today doing a little better.

Workout...nothing...but....

Reading: Matthew 5: 1-16.  Short reading compared to what I have done but much in it.  Called to be opposite of what the world thinks yet at the same time standing out and being salt and light.  Tough message.

Picture.  Well I will make up for yesterday by posting two pictures....of the same great girl.  I did a little makeup for Kaelyn to make her look like a princess....well at least fun.

Day 3

Ok...I know I haven't really set any pattern yet but doing well sofar.  I am not spending the time taking pictures that I want but at least I am getting something.  So today started with work at 4am....it isn't really as bad as it seems but it does throw your body for a loop.

Reading: Matthew 4
Workout: CFZ shoulders.  Went ok, just a little tired but feels good to get back in rhythm.

Day 2


Alright Day 2!

Well things didn't get to a good start because of my little girl staying home sick.  I rarely get much done when that happens and today was no exception.  We got some good bonding time but not a lot of productive work.

Workout: Meh, didn't get to CFZ so I did a little in my garage.  Press around 80lbs for 6 sets of 5ish.  Also did around 4 sets of 3 pull ups. Something is better than nothing I guess.
